  • Ideal Response: Provides disaster recovery and specialist hygiene services to both the residential and commercial markets.
  • Ideal Heat Solutions: Provides the installation of state-of-the-art temporary boilers, heaters and chillers

Essential Responsibilities

Day to Day role:

  • As the Paid Search & SEO Executive you will be responsible for generating Paid Search (PPC) enquiries across all divisions within the group.
  • You will manage the day to day running and optimisation of each Paid Search & Social Account
  • Daily analysis and optimisation across all accounts
  • Daily management of bids and budgets across all accounts
  • Keyword research & analysis across accounts
  • You will be responsible for reporting across all paid search, organic search and social activity
  • You will be responsible for creating and maintaining weekly performance reports
  • Tracking setup and maintenance (including tracking codes generation, goals and funnels setup)
  • Weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting on activities and results against agreed KPIs
  • Integration with other digital channels, sharing valuable data and creative that can be utilised to increase overall digital performance
  • Maintain expertise on PPC best practice industry trends and innovations
  • Tracking and reporting on keywords
  • Working collaboratively with the marketing team to fuel creative content marketing strategies
  • Off page SEO including backlink auditing, monitoring and link building strategies
  • Implementing sound on-page SEO techniques


  • Google AdWords certified professional
  • At least 4 years’ hands on Paid Search Advertising experience preferably with Google and Bing
  • Demonstrate evidence of managing advertising budgets
  • Excellent advertising copywriting skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience with telephone tracking software (preferred but not required)
  • Demonstrate evidence of being proactive and using your own initiative
  • Demonstrate your passion for Digital Marketing and Advertising
  • Demonstrate past experiences where you have successfully worked as part of a team
  • A willingness to learn and develop your skills further
  • Well versed in Google Analytics, Google My Business and Google Search Console
  • Experience in both keyword research and competitor research
  • Contemporary knowledge of white hat search engine optimisation principles
  • Knowledge of WordPress’ Content Management System (preferred but not required)
