Probate Valuation

If you are looking to sell specific items or the entire contents of the property, then you may be required to pay Inheritance Tax to HMRC. To make this process as quick and painless as possible we will provide you with a valuation report upon inspection of the contents.

If the valuation does meet the amount required for Inheritance Tax you can submit the report we provide to you. Once we have completed the valuation stage, we can begin the probate house clearance and start disposing of any waste or items you don’t wish to sell.
