With over 400+ branches across the UK, a major estate agency franchise is striving to keep its network open to workers, while protecting its staff at the same time. However, since estate agents working for the franchise often have to move between different branches, there is potential for the virus to spread if a member of staff is infected.
The franchise approached Ideal Response to ensure that if any member of staff tests positive for Covid-19 that all branches recently visited by that person would be deep cleaned. The challenge was to achieve this at multiple locations, with rapid response so that the daily business of the estate agency could go ahead.
