“On a large industrial fire, choosing the wrong cleaning method and then scaling it up can waste days. A controlled trial lets the team judge cleaning performance, production rate and the effect on the substrate before committing multiple crews and machines. Once the method is proven, resources can be increased with much more confidence.”

Where our work stops

We clean and decontaminate. We do not rebuild, carry out structural repairs or redecorate. Our job is to leave the structure clean and ready for your builder, decorator or your insurer’s contractor. Older soot can stain paintwork, so some surfaces may still need repainting after cleaning.

Fire damage questions

Do you rebuild or repair after a fire?
No. We clean soot, smoke residue and odour. Other contractors carry out repairs, rebuilding, and redecoration once our work is complete.
Will cleaning remove all the staining?
Not always. Soot left on painted surfaces for months can stain the finish, so cleaned areas may still need repainting.
Can you help with my insurance claim?
We can provide photographs and a written scope of works to support your claim. Your insurer decides what is covered.
How quickly can a team attend?
Call us. The line is open 24/7 and the team will tell you when they can attend, which depends on your location and the size of the job.
Is it safe to stay in the property after a fire?
Follow the fire service’s advice first. Soot and smoke residue can be harmful to breathe, especially for children, older people and anyone with breathing problems. Avoid using affected rooms until they have been assessed and cleaned.
